Refund & Lifetime Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on all holsters purchased from our store.

Lifetime Warranty

All products sold by us are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect at any time during ownership, please contact us at 7xholsters@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved under the Lifetime Warranty, we will provide instructions on how to proceed after reviewing your request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at 7xholsters@gmail.com.
